At least eight (8) Metro Atlanta school jurisdictions began observing Spring Break…all at once…this past Friday. This means at least 600,000 students have free time and are looking for something to do. Earlier this week, Mayor Andre Dickens stopped by one of the City of Atlanta’s At-Promise Centers, where they were holding their Hope meets Promise Conference.
