In March 2025, Atlanta’s official host city poster for the FIFA World Cup 2026 was released by
the Atlanta World Cup Host Committee. Designed by renowned Atlanta artist, Jose Hadathy, the
one-of-a-kind poster captures our city’s rich culture, diversity, and special connection to soccer.
The focal point of the poster is a peach which represents Georgia’s southern hospitality,
agricultural heritage and economic prosperity. The combination of colors, particularly the bright
blues and greens, are intentional and highlight the blue skies over the “city in a forest.” The
poster also features several historical landmarks including the Georgia State Capitol, Atlanta
City Hall, Martin Luther King Jr. Birth Home and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The poster depicts how Atlanta sits in the global spotlight as host cities around the world
prepare for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The Atlanta poster is part of a set of Official FIFA World Cup 26™ Host City Posters, representing
the unique cultural and artistic spirit of the 16 Host Cities. A diverse group of talented artists,
each with their own style, created designs that reflect the distinctive identity and heritage of
their respective Host Cities.
