Fitness for Families and Individuals

The program goes beyond traditional workout classes:

  • Inclusive Classes: Welcoming participants of all fitness levels and backgrounds

Community-Focused Fitness

More than just exercise, this program is about building connections. The Thursday Run Club, presented in partnership with the Atlanta Track Club, offers a perfect example of how fitness can create lasting friendships and community bonds.

Health Benefits Beyond the Workout

Research shows physically active individuals can reduce their risk of heart attack by up to 50%. But the benefits go far beyond physical health. Participants in these free fitness classes could experience:

  • Mood Boosting: Exercise as a natural stress-reliever
  • Community Connection: Meeting new people and building support networks

No Excuses, Just Movement

The Beltline’s fitness program eliminates common barriers to exercise:

  • Completely Free: No hidden costs or membership fees
