Thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, business owners and people simply looking to learn more about building wealth gathered in Downtown Atlanta over the weekend for Invest Fest 2026.
The three-day festival at the Georgia World Congress Center combines financial education, entrepreneurship, technology and entertainment, with speakers, workshops, networking opportunities and a marketplace for businesses and vendors. Created by Earn Your Leisure, Invest Fest returned to Atlanta for its sixth year and was expected to draw about 30,000 attendees over the course of the conference.
Mayor Andre Dickens stopped by Saturday to welcome attendees and recognize Earn Your Leisure founders Rashad Bilal and Troy Millings for growing the event from an idea into a major annual gathering.
“Invest Fest belongs here. Invest Fest is Atlanta,” Mayor Dickens told the crowd.
For the Mayor, the connection goes beyond hosting a large event. Invest Fest’s focus on financial knowledge, entrepreneurship and creating opportunities aligns with Atlanta’s work to expand economic mobility and help more residents build wealth.
“It’s not always about how much you make,” Dickens said. “It’s also about how much you keep. And how much you grow.”
More Than a Business Conference
Throughout the weekend, attendees could hear conversations on topics ranging from investing and entrepreneurship to artificial intelligence, leadership, estate planning and growing a business.
This year’s programming also featured well-known leaders and entertainers, including Serena Williams, Steve Harvey and Nick Cannon, alongside business executives, entrepreneurs and technology experts.
But the heart of Invest Fest is its focus on giving people information and connections they can put to work in their own lives and businesses.
Dickens said he has watched young people return to the event year after year, continuing to build on what they have learned.
“Invest Fest is helping another generation understand that you can have more than just one seat at the table,” he said. “You can build your own table, sell it, or even franchise it.”
After delivering his remarks, the Mayor toured the festival.
As Invest Fest marked its sixth year in Atlanta, Dickens welcomed attendees back with a message that reflected the event’s larger goal: helping more people turn knowledge, ideas and connections into opportunity.
“We want to see people win,” Dickens said. “We want to see our communities build wealth. And we want to see all your dreams come true.”
